What we offer..
CJR Mental Health First Aid Training offer Adult and Youth MHFA courses approved by MHFA England. The courses are available to organisations, industry, universities, schools, colleges and youth workers across the country. We also offer training for individuals.
The courses offered are grounded in research and rigorously tested. They have been developed by experts alongside people with lived experience of mental health issues.
We all have mental health. Better mental health is good for everyone and recognising this is good for society.
We want a society where everyone can thrive. We believe in zero stigma surrounding mental health. We want mental health to be openly discussed and supported.
We want our training to create an unshakable belief that we can all talk freely about mental health and seek support when we need it. We are helping to achieve this through MHFA England’s mission to train one in ten people in MHFA England skills.

“Chris delivered a thoroughly engaging two day Mental Health First Aid course at BGL. All our colleagues were absorbed by the content and although some very difficult subjects were raised, Chris managed to create a more light hearted approach to ensure the course wasn’t too heavy.
Many of our colleagues found several parts of the course quite difficult on a personal level, however Chris managed each situation with professionalism and ease. Our colleagues felt very comfortable with him and felt able to open up to the rest of the group regarding their personal experiences.
